The American Health Research Institute (AHRI), a Public Health Research entity exits to narrow health disparities in the United States. The purpose of the Institute will continue to be fulfilled with its vision, which includes the recruitment of the best and willing to work methodologists from diversified disciplines that define public health core and essential functions. By this collaboration and integration of minds, this will create synergism in design, conduct, interpretation and application of evidence in health disparities narrowing. With this synergistic structure, the AHRI will ensure valid and reliable evidence from national, regional and local databases that will provide the opportunity for spatial, time-spatial and race/ethnic specific intervention in health disparities narrowing. This strategy will place AHRI as one of the leading associates in geo-epidemiologic and racial/ethnic mapping of disease by the year 2020.
